Ama-alloys e-Titanium ama-alloys akhiwe nge-titanium nezinye izakhi ezingezwe kuyo. I-Titanium inamafomu amabili e-allomorphic: -i-titanium evalekile{2}}isakhiwo esine-hexagonal evaliwe ngaphansi kuka-882℃, kanye -nomzimba we-titanium{5}}isakhiwo esimaphakathi se-cubic ngaphezu kuka-882℃.

 

Izakhi ze-alloying zingahlukaniswa ngezigaba ezintathu ngokusekelwe kumphumela wazo kuzinga lokushisa lokushintsha kwesigaba:

① Ama-elementi azinzisa isigaba futhi akhuphule izinga lokushisa lokushintsha kwesigaba -ama-elementi azinzisayo, njenge-aluminium, ikhabhoni, umoya-mpilo, ne-nitrogen. I-Aluminium iyisici esiyinhloko esiyingxubevange kuma-titanium alloys, ethuthukisa kakhulu amandla engxubevange kuwo womabili amakamelo namazinga okushisa aphezulu, inciphisa amandla adonsela phansi athile, futhi ikhulise imodulus yayo enwebekayo.

Izibonelo zangaphambili zifaka i-molybdenum, i-niobium, ne-vanadium; ezokugcina zihlanganisa i-chromium, i-manganese, ithusi, insimbi, ne-silicon.

③ Izinto ezinomphumela omncane kuzinga lokushisa lokushintsha kwesigaba ziyizinto ezingathathi hlangothi, njenge-zirconium ne-tin.

Umoya-mpilo, i-nitrogen, i-carbon, ne-hydrogen ukungcola okuyinhloko kuma-alloys e-titanium. I-oksijeni ne-nitrogen zinokuncibilika okuphezulu esigabeni, kuqinisa kakhulu ama-alloys e-titanium kodwa kunciphisa ipulasitiki yawo. Okuqukethwe komoyampilo kanye ne-nitrogen ku-titanium kuvame ukukhawulelwa ku-0.15-0.2% no-0.04-0.05%, ngokulandelana.
